Palm Springs Wedding Planner

Desert weddings across Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley

Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley are made for weddings that feel like a getaway: mountain views, mid-century style, palm trees and sunsets that turn everything gold. The desert also has its own rules, from summer heat to festival weekends that fill every hotel for miles. As a Palm Springs wedding planner, Cici helps couples pick the right season, venue and timeline so the day feels easy. Planning a desert wedding is mostly about timing. The difference between a perfect day and a sweltering one can be a single month or a couple of hours on the clock. Hotel prices jump during big events, wind can pick up without warning, and guests flying in need clear directions between towns. Getting those details right early is what makes everything else fall into place. From a small celebration at a private estate to a full resort wedding, we'll plan it around the desert, not in spite of it. We handle the vendors, the timeline and the guest logistics so you can soak up the sun and the view.

Palm Springs Weddings and Elopements

The desert is one of the most beautiful places in California to elope. Picture palm trees, mountain backdrops and a sky that turns pink at sunset. Whether it's just the two of you or a small group of the people you love, we'll help you pick the spot and the season, plan around the heat, and keep the day simple and relaxed.

Planning a Wedding in Palm Springs

The desert is gorgeous and a little unforgiving. Here's what we tell every couple before they pick a date.

Best time of year: March through May and October through November are the most popular months. Winter days are in the 70s, but nights drop to the mid-40s, so plan heaters. Summer heat: June through September regularly goes over 100 degrees. If you want a summer date, keep it small, plan an evening ceremony, and look for indoor or shaded options. Golden hour: Schedule the ceremony late in the afternoon to skip the midday heat and catch the best light for photos. Dates to plan around: Hotels fill up in January (film festival and golf), February (Modernism Week), April (Coachella and Stagecoach) and November (Pride). Book room blocks early if your date is close to any of these. Getting there: Palm Springs International Airport is right in town. Los Angeles is about two hours by car without traffic. Rain and wind: It barely rains, with about 5 inches a year, but the wind can pick up, so we anchor decor and plan a backup.
