Pebble Beach Wedding Planner

Oceanfront weddings on 17-Mile Drive

Pebble Beach weddings are about as classic as California gets: ocean views, windswept cypress trees and some of the most famous golf holes in the world as your backdrop. The resorts here run a tight ship, so having a planner who knows how they work makes a real difference. As a Pebble Beach wedding planner based just up the road in Pacific Grove, Chloe works alongside the venue team to make sure your vision actually happens. A Pebble Beach wedding comes with details most couples don't think about until they're in the middle of planning. There's a gate and an entrance fee for guests who aren't staying at the resort. Big golf and car events book up the whole area. The coastal fog and wind have their own opinions about your ceremony time. None of it is hard to manage when someone is keeping track of it for you. We take care of the pieces the resort doesn't: outside vendors, guest travel and gate logistics, the timeline, and all the personal touches that make the day feel like yours. You get to enjoy one of the most beautiful places on the coast without juggling it all yourself.

Planning a Wedding in Pebble Beach

Pebble Beach is stunning and a little different from anywhere else on the Peninsula. Here's what we tell every couple.

Events to plan around: The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am each February and the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance during Car Week in August book up the whole area. Check the resort calendar before choosing a date. Weather: Coastal fog and wind are common, especially in summer. September and October usually bring the clearest days. Plan warm layers or heaters for evening receptions near the water. Ceremony on the 18th: The Lodge at Pebble Beach offers ceremonies on the lawn overlooking the famous 18th hole and Carmel Bay, one of the most iconic wedding backdrops in California. Where guests stay: The resort hotels are the easiest option. Pacific Grove, Carmel and Monterey are 10 to 15 minutes away and offer a wider range of prices.

Know Before You Go

Pebble Beach is a gated community on 17-Mile Drive. Guests who aren't staying at a Pebble Beach resort pay a per car entrance fee, which is free for overnight guests of The Lodge, The Inn at Spanish Bay and Casa Palmero. Public gates are open sunrise to sunset, so we'll make sure your evening guests know how to get in. We include all of this in your guest information so no one is surprised at the gate.
