For full-service planning, we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months before your wedding date. For day-of coordination, booking 6 to 9 months ahead is ideal, though we sometimes have availability for shorter timelines. Popular dates in peak season (May through October) book quickly, so earlier is always better.

Absolutely. We love intimate celebrations and elopements, especially along the Big Sur coast and in Carmel Valley. Our elopement coordination is designed specifically for couples planning smaller, more intimate gatherings.
